It's so simple, but the cuffed sleeves and tucks at the shoulder make it really elegant.
One sunny day soon, I'll put it together like this:

Dress: Goodwill on 25th and 6th
Belt: something my sister bought ages ago, who knows where
Bag: vintage Ann Taylor from my mom!!
Shoes: Mood Swings, a tiny fabulous vintage shop on Staten Island, I was told they're from Ecuador, I think... Only $5!!!
Hat: also bought by my sister - last summer in Brighton Beach
P.S. Here's a little mixtape for today, to cheer you up on this horrible cold rainy New York day in May - wtf?! Just 10 songs, but so good. Here's the tracklist:
1. Shocking Pinks - This Aching Deal
2. Whitest Boy Alive - Burning
3. King Khan + the Shrines - Welfare Bread
4. The Shangri-Las - He's A Rebel
5. Belle + Sebastian - We Are The Sleepyheads
6. Oh No! Oh My! - I Have No Sister
7. Chantal Goya - Comment Le Revoir
8. The Kinks - Dedicated Follower Of Fashion
9. The Shaggs - Yesterday Once More
10. Françoise Hardy - La Maison Où J'ai Grandi
Also: SPOTTED! Also on Sunday I saw Taylor Momson/Jenny Humphrey from Gossip Girl at Antiques Garage flea market on 25th checking out vintage dresses with her mom and lil sis. She was wearing what I believe to be a Chloe dress - white and flowy with a red and blue print - with a black leather motorcycle jacket and slouchy black boots. No I was not starstruck, no I did not try to talk to her, Gossip Girl is lame-o, sorrryyyyy. But it's always fun to see celebrities. Like a year and a half ago I saw Jared Leto at the same flea market. He was wearing silver crocs. There is no way to take someone seriously when they are wearing crocs.
